INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING, PAYMENT & RETURNS

 

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 4 business days after they are processed and should arrive 1 to 10 days later (depending on the destination, holidays etc). All items are sent insured & the insurance is included in shipping prices. We do not ship to Alaska & Hawaii.


We send all our packages via UPS, FedEx or USPS. We provide a tracking number on all shipments.

 

Please, provide your physical address. UPS doesn't deliver to PO boxes. P.S. You can leave your PO box address in a comment box during the checkout process. If your order qualify to be send via USPS we'll send it to the PO box that you provided.

RETURNS

 

We guarantee that all of our products will be free from defect and will be as pictured and described in our store. If your item(s) arrives damaged we'll gladly replace it. Contact us immediately and we will ship a free replacement to you. Any item must be returned in it's original packaging and must be in unused condition. Any defect that occurred after the product has been used is not returnable.

 

Please note: We accept returns on defective or damaged items ONLY. Please, read item descriptions carefully before placing an order.

 

 

If any item is out of stock then we will issue a refund or you can wait until the item get back in stock.

 

 

Please, double check an address that you provide. If we receive your package back because you provided us the wrong address we'll issue you a refund less the shipping cost and 20% restocking fee.
